Best sweet potato fries! Salad dressings (ranch and french) were delicious too! Sweet girl behind the bar. Nice stop while traveling from Pittsburgh, PA to SUMMERCAMP!
In town for hiking at the state parks. Had lunch here. Good food and very nice wait staff. If I were local, I would definantly return!

Went to MJ's after hiking at Matthiessen State Park. We were very pleased with this find for us. The bartender/waitress was very friendly and did a great job for being the only one up front. The food was reasonably priced and delicious! We will definitely come back.
We came to visit starved rock, and found this little place. Not far from starved rock and worth the short drive. It's small and homey and the food is amazing!!! We got the jalepeno bottle caps and the potato wedges as an app, and they were amazing I recommend the horseshoe as a main coarse. Not to expensive and is delicious!
